Lower resource consumption (water, energy, soil, PPPs) and complete elimination of soil contamination from crop protection.
How do you manage to exist on the market?
Hydrosalads are grown at lower cost than traditionally grown salads. In addition, we were able to convince Migros, a major distributor, of the ecological advantages of our lettuces. Only with our cultivation method it is possible to produce a trio lettuce and this product is increasingly gaining market acceptance.
