Kaffeemacher:innen is committed to social-ecological coffee production along the entire value chain. They make coffee from cultivation to the cup: on their own coffee farm in Nicaragua, they promote sustainable cultivation, maintain fair trade relations and focus on transparent supply chains. They process the coffee in their roastery in Basel, where they also pass on their knowledge of sustainable coffee production in the coffee school.
