With underbody systems made of Ultra-Silent, Autoneum offers the most lightweight textile underfloor systems for vehicles: they are up to 50 percent lighter compared with equivalent components made of plastic and contribute to the aerodynamic of the vehicle, hence reducing the CO2 emissions.
The PET-based, glass-free mono-material contains up-to 70% of recycled polymer (bottle flakes instead of virgin material). Thanks to the vertically integrated production, almost all the trim waste are collected and and re-used in a closed-loop process.
