How would you describe your solution in a few words?<\/span><\/h3>\n

When you\u2019re surprised by a rain shower, you can either get wet or buy a small umbrella in the nearest store, although you already have several umbrellas at home. We want to counteract this unnecessary purchase and offer our customers a rental umbrella as an alternative.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Our solution uses the existing principle of the sharing economy for a product, which until now was only understood as a possession. Who are your customers? <\/span><\/h3>\n

Our customers for the rental umbrella are all people who are on the move. The rental umbrella is especially convenient however for users of public transport due to ideally placed pick-up and drop-off points close to the public transportation system.<\/p>\n

What are the environmental benefits of your solution?<\/span><\/h3>\n

With each use of the rental umbrella, the purchase of a new umbrella, which is not necessary, is avoided. As a result, fewer umbrellas need to be produced and there is less waste.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Our umbrella is produced with high quality and as sustainable as possible, with fluorine-free waterproofing agents, fabric made from recycled PET and a bamboo wooden handle. How do you manage to exist on the market?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Our rental umbrella works thanks to our large Switzerland-wide network of rental and return points. This gives us a clear market advantage. The rental umbrella also allows our customers to use fewer resources themselves and not have to buy another umbrella, which they don\u2019t really need.<\/p>\n
