The patented and highly efficient process of SaveEnergy flue gas condensation increases the heat efficiency of wood-fired heating and power plants by 15-50%. The heat from the flue gas is extracted via injected process water. The sum of all water droplet surfaces forms the heat exchanger. This results in a heat exchanger surface the size of several football fields. The water droplets are constantly rebuilding themselves. The SaveEnergy heat exchanger (water droplet) can neither get dirty nor corrode. This leads to low-maintenance and robust operation and sets the highest standards in terms of availability and durability.
